Red Oak KD
Kiln dried Red Oak slabs! These slabs are from a log we salvaged from a tree that fell at North Hopkins High School in Madisonville, KY! They have pretty grain and color, some even have figure! The pics were taken when the slabs were more fresh cut, they are faded, some gray in color from air drying and kiln drying but once surfaced will return back close to original. There are some holes, splits, little rot in a few, some movement from drying and all will need surfacing. This slab has a hole, some bark, and nice spalting.
